1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Qufit website (qufit.com) and the purchase of products from Qufit. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Description
Qufit Stick is a cosmetic product designed for external use only. It is not a medicine, medical device, dietary supplement, or food product. Nothing enters your body. Qufit is designed as a physical sensory tool to support mindful eating behaviour — it does not treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Individual experiences may vary. Qufit supports mindful eating as a behavioural tool — results depend on personal use and are not guaranteed.
3. Ordering & Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there is an error in pricing, product availability, or if fraud is suspected.
4. Payment
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. All transactions are encrypted and we do not store your full payment details.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email). You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Directive.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to countries within the European Union and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Warranty & Liability
Under EU consumer law, you have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods purchased. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Qufit is a cosmetic product for external use. We are not liable for any misuse of the product, including application in a manner inconsistent with the provided instructions. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Qufit B.V. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Qufit’s sensory engineering technology is patent-pending (NL).
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot be waived by agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
