Is Qufit safe?+
Yes. Qufit is made from 100% cosmetic-grade, natural ingredients designed for external skin application. It is fragrance-free and dermatologically considered. Nothing is ingested or absorbed into the body. As with any cosmetic product, if you experience irritation, discontinue use.
Does Qufit guarantee weight loss?+
No. Qufit is a behavioural support tool, not a weight loss product. It is designed to support mindful eating by providing a physical sensory anchor for your intentions. Individual experiences vary — Qufit supports your choices, it does not make them for you.
What are the ingredients?+
Qufit Stick is made from a proprietary blend of natural, cosmetic-grade waxes and oils. The full ingredient list (INCI) is printed on the packaging. The product is fragrance-free and contains no pharmaceutical active ingredients.
Using Qufit
How do I apply Qufit?+

How often should I use it?+
Apply Qufit once daily, ideally in the morning as part of your routine. Reapply if the sensation fades — most people find one application lasts several hours. Use consistently for best results.
Can I use Qufit with other skincare products?+
Yes. Apply Qufit to clean skin and allow it to settle before layering other products over the area. Avoid applying heavy creams or oils directly on top of the Qufit application area, as this may reduce the tactile signal.
How long does one stick last?+
With daily use, one Qufit Stick typically lasts approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on how much you apply per session.

How long does delivery take?+

Can I track my order?+
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?+
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. How do I request a return?+
Email us at hello@qufit.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours on business days.
How long do refunds take?+
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund is issued to your original payment method.
