Delivery Times & Costs

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Customs & Duties (Non-EU)
For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. United Kingdom), your order may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please get in touch and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
