Accessibility
We believe everyone should be able to access and use our website. We are committed to meeting accessibility standards and continuously improving the experience for all users.
Our Commitment
Qufit is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which is the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882).
We view accessibility as an ongoing effort and are continuously working to improve the usability and experience of our website for all visitors.
What We’re Doing
Our accessibility efforts include:
- Using semantic HTML structure for clear content hierarchy
- Providing meaningful alt text for images
- Ensuring sufficient colour contrast ratios throughout the site
- Supporting keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
- Using clear, readable typography with comfortable line spacing
- Designing responsive layouts that work across devices and screen sizes
- Testing with assistive technologies including screen readers
- Ensuring forms have clear labels and error messages
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our website may not yet be fully optimised. We are actively working to identify and resolve any barriers:
- Some third-party content (e.g. embedded videos, external payment forms) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible — we are working on providing alternative formats
European Accessibility Act
The European Accessibility Act (EAA, Directive 2019/882) requires that products and services sold in the EU meet certain accessibility requirements. Qufit is committed to complying with the EAA as it applies to our e-commerce activities, including our website, checkout process, and customer communications.
